Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dupify API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dupify API provides image processing and analysis services including:

  • CLIP embedding generation for visual similarity search
  • Dominant color extraction from images
  • Silhouette and shape analysis
  • Product attribute detection
  • Background removal
  • Duplicate product detection

3. API Usage

Rate Limits: Your API usage is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension.

API Keys: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys. Do not share keys publicly or embed them in client-side code.

Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purposes, to violate any third-party rights, or to transmit harmful content.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Process images containing illegal content
  • Circumvent rate limits or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Interfere with the Service's operation or infrastructure
  • Process personal biometric data without proper consent

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its algorithms, models, and documentation, is owned by Dupify. You retain ownership of the images you submit for processing. We claim no rights to your content.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL DUPIFY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the developer portal.
